The matching engine. It ranks and proposes. It never holds a seat at the table.
The money moved inside the building. The deal never got a system.
House v. NCAA settlement approved June 2025; forward revenue sharing in effect; back-damages appeals pending. Schools now pay athletes directly, and every third-party deal over $600 must be disclosed for review.
Schools pay athletes
Revenue sharing puts an athletic department on the paying side for the first time, under a first-year cap of $20.5M per school.
Disclosure on a clock
Third-party deals over $600 route through NIL Go review. Disclosure deadlines run in business days, and the school answers for the record.
A record of the deal itself
Who owes what, who signed as what role, where clearance stands, and what a dollar's release depends on. Today that lives in email threads and spreadsheets.
One deal record. Four human sides.
A brand, an athlete, an agency, and an AD office all work the same deal. Proslync gives them one record with role-scoped views, so the deal never forks into four private versions of the truth.
Publishes the brief, ranks the applicants, drafts the terms.
Agrees, discloses to the school, delivers the work.
Works the offer on the athlete's behalf, on the same record.
Certifies the deal and holds the receipt when anyone asks.
Reach and audience data feeding the record. A capability, not a party to the deal.
A brief goes out. The match comes back with its reasons.
lululemon publishes "Court Ready": one launch-week Reel, $12,500, athletic apparel endorsement. ProsMatch ranks 24 candidates against the brief and shows why each one fits.
| Fit | Athlete | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| 96 | Kiyan Anthony · Northgate State, guard | Launch-week engagement top decile · 71% audience in-market · no competing apparel deal |
| 89 | DeShawn Rivera · Fairmont A&M, wing | Strong in-market reach · one overlapping footwear deal to check |
| 84 | Cole Vann · Lakeshore Tech, guard | High post rate · audience skews out-of-market |
| 80 | Amara Osei · Northgate State, forward | On-campus reach · lower launch-window availability |
The agency desk: a roster, an offer inbox, one shared record
Kim Sports Group represents Kiyan Anthony under access he granted on his own record. The lululemon offer lands in the desk's inbox, and the negotiation happens on the record the school will inherit.
Representation is consent recorded on the athlete's file, not an asserted claim. The athlete can see exactly what the desk can do.
Terms, counters, and deadlines carry on the deal record. Every move is signed by a named person at the desk.
The agency's share is written into the terms at drafting, not invoiced after the fact. It survives certification because it is on the record the school certifies.
Agreement starts a clock nobody has to remember
Kiyan agrees on July 14 at 4:33 PM. The five-business-day disclosure clock starts on its own, routes the disclosure to the athletic department, and tracks the deliverable to its due date.
| When | What happened | On the record |
|---|---|---|
| Jul 14 · 4:33 PM | Deal agreed | Consent on file; deal moves to signed |
| Jul 14 · 4:33 PM | Disclosure clock started | 5 business days, due Jul 21 end of day |
| Jul 15 | Disclosed to Northgate State | Routed automatically, 6 days early |
| Jul 20 | Launch Reel posted and submitted | Obligation tracked to its Jul 22 due date |
| Jul 21 · 11:15 AM | Brand approved the deliverable | Obligation met; one gate condition done |
A named person certifies. The record proves it later.
The deal reaches the certification queue with its conflict checks and values flags already run. Rachel Davis, compliance officer at Northgate State, certifies on July 16 at 9:42 AM. Her name stays on the record.
6 checks per deal: competitor conflict, category, amount band, disclosure on file, values screen, eligibility.
School certified, obligations done. Both met on Jul 21. Posture shown on a preview ledger; processor-dependent movement is deferred.
Who signed, as what role, against which rule, and when. A signed export any later edit would break.
Proslync does not hold or move money. It shows payment readiness on a preview ledger and keeps the receipt for every state change. Movement waits on a licensed processor path, built and verified.
ProsMatch: published weights, shown work, no seat at the table
Five weighted domains, re-weighted by who is searching. A local restaurant leans on geography; a national brand leans on audience alignment. Same athletes, different rank order, and the reason line is always visible.
The five domains
Weights shown for a national-brand search. Illustrative of the engine's behavior, not a fixed table.
Every score carries its reasons, readable by the person deciding.
Compliance and proof gaps route to a named human, not a green badge.
Where the build is
What you can click today, what is staged, and what is deliberately deferred. Statuses come from rendered-screen review, not a green build check.
Desktop demo worlds
The full deal walk on seeded data: Brand HQ, athlete, agency desk, and AD office lenses on one record, with the ProsMatch engine and the preview ledger behind them.
Marketing site
The public face, carrying the four-side custody chain and the money boundary in plain language.
Mobile
Native shell built with the deepest deal-execution flows; being pointed at the shared backend. Not part of this demo.
Live funds movement, production KYC, and social OAuth wait on vendor decisions, not engineering. The preview ledger exists so the deal walk is honest without claiming a processor we have not wired.
Four rails, deliberately unpriced
The product carries the surfaces for four revenue rails. We have priced none of them for launch; sequencing is the conversation we want with you, not a slide we assert.
| Rail | What it is | State |
|---|---|---|
| Deal-flow take-rate | A fee on cleared deal volume. Scales with liquidity on the record; the largest ceiling. | Unpriced · rails built |
| Institution and agency SaaS | Per-seat subscription for the AD office, the collective portal, and the agency desk. The most predictable first dollar. | Unpriced · surfaces live |
| Fan supporter-pass share | A platform share on fan supporter passes, on top of the athlete daily layer. | Working figure 12% · illustrative |
| NIL Advance spread | Advance a cleared deal before the payor pays. Gated on capital, a financing partner, and a licensing read we name as open. | Concept · gated |
The sharpest objections, answered straight
These came from putting the app in front of the ten buyer chairs in character: the AD, the agency, the investor, the athlete. None asked whether it is built. They asked for proof and liability.
| Objection | Answer |
|---|---|
| Does Proslync hold the money? | No. Payment readiness on a preview ledger; the record keeps the receipt. Processor-dependent movement is deferred until a licensed path is built and verified. |
| Does the AI replace the agency? | No. ProsMatch ranks and proposes; the desk keeps the roster, the negotiation, and a commission line written into terms at drafting. The relationship stays with the person who earned it. |
| Who is liable when the record is wrong? | A named human signs every certification, by design. The platform routes and keeps evidence; it never auto-approves. Liability follows the signature, and the signature is on the record. |
| Is this NCAA or CSC approved? | We claim no approval and no affiliation. The product tracks the disclosure clocks and certification steps the rules require, and keeps the evidence a review would ask for. |
| Just another athlete marketing app? | The athlete surface is one lens of five. Brand HQ, the agency desk, the AD office, and the collective all read the same deal record. That shared record is the product. |
What we're asking, and what happens next
You sit on the agency side of this market. That is the lane we built newest, and the one where your read is worth the most to us.
A working session with your desk
Two hours, your agents on the agency lane of the demo worlds. We want the objections that only a working desk can raise.
A first design-partner agency
One agency running a real roster through the record in a Sep to Oct window, on terms we write together. Their workflow shapes the desk.
The investment conversation
Once the desk session and the partner window are on the calendar, we talk terms with the evidence in front of us rather than projections.
